Center Church
Oakway, SC OHC has recently acquired historic Center Church in Oakway with the intent to restore and interpret the c.1870 property.

The Jake Sluder Heritage Park located next to OHC features a memorial brick walkway, heirloom vegetable garden, native plants and three outdoor exhibit pieces: The Manly Mobile Jail, Hardie-Tynes Steam Engine, and Verner Wellhouse.

The Louise Russell Alexander Children's Corner is a creative space for children to discover and explore the heritage of Oconee County.

The Shaping of South Carolina
A story of adventure, politics and boundary making. Exhibit on loan from the SC Historical Society; March 6 thru Aug. 1.

Book Club
For the year of 2015 our selections will feature books set in the Gilded Age (late 1800s to World War I). Through the selections we will discuss what was happening in various parts of the world at that time. All book selections are available at Oconee County Public Library. Bring a snack and enjoy the lively conversation!
